ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence: Faculty Management Upgrade
EthosCE version 7.48 includes the ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence upgrade for our EthosCE Faculty Management add-on.
Over the last 8 months, we have been building the latest version of the Faculty Management add-on module to comply with the latest ACCME standards which go into effect January 1, 2022.
An overview of the ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence can be found here, along with helpful resources to navigate the new requirements. We have also compiled documentation on the key changes to the Faculty Management module in order to comply with these requirements.

New EthosCE Flat Theme
A new version of our front-end theme is now available as an option for all customers! Our Flat Theme includes a full redesign and modernization of our existing learner-facing user experience. Theme improvements include:
- Modern flat design aesthetic
- New typography
- Increased content widths and white space
- Improved menu designs and interactions
- Additional featured course card block and course card catalog
The Flat Theme is available to all customers upon request. If you are interested in enabling the new theme, please open up a support ticket.
Course Card featured courses block and Course Card catalog
The delivery of the new Flat Theme includes a new display option for upcoming featured courses and courses within the searchable catalog. While we designed the new course cards specifically for our newest theme, the course cards are also available on all EthosCE sites using our existing legacy theme. For more information on how to enable the course cards on your existing site, please check out our documentation.
Bug fixes and other improvements
EthosCE 7.48 also includes various other improvements, bug and security fixes.
