EthosCE Analytics

Has anyone received a 504 gateway error when trying to access EthosCE analytics? This has been an ongoing problem for us since early December. Just trying to find some guidance while we wait for a fix.

Hi Kim, not a 504 on our end, but we saw a 401 Error saying we were not authorized. For us, it turned out to be our web-browser cookie settings. We enabled 3rd party cookies from Ethos and that resolved the issue.
504 errors tend to be server related. If you can try, check if you can access the analytics page outside your institution’s network. This should confirm if it’s an issue with your institution’s network settings.
