We are scheduling a two-day group training session of standard EthosCE on December 2nd & 3rd. This training will be conducted at our NEW office location in Philadelphia:
123 S Broad Street
Suite 2260
Philadelphia, PA 19109
Our two-day standard training is necessary for anyone to access our support desk and ticketing system as a Designated Support Officer. This would be perfect for any newer employees, or if there is changeover at your office and you are needing someone on staff to be trained.
Please let us know if you are interested and we can provide pricing via email. We have two groups scheduled so far!
We do plan on having more group training sessions offered in the future (with more notice) as well!
Can you also please share a schedule for each day so that we can look at arrival & departure times? I am considering sending a new staff member to the training.
Thanks,
Maria
During the first day, we will cover course administrator functionality/access and a learner’s workflow. The main focus will be course creation including course objects such as quizzes, evaluations, basic content, file uploads, video embedding, SCORM, etc.
During the second day, the morning will focus on more course administrator tasks and access like course-level reports, managing course enrollments and attendance, and advanced course setups (bundled/course relationships). The afternoon portion will touch upon higher level site administrator tasks like managing users, global reports and EthosCE Analytics, webform templates, ecommerce, and managing the homepage.
There are plenty of hands on activities throughout the training sessions as well!
Training is typically 9am - 5pm on day 1, 9am- ~4pm on day 2. Typically there is an hour break for lunch!
