Votes are considered “active” when they are attached to a topic that is open. Once the topic is closed (perhaps the product suggestion was adopted!), then the votes are released back to you.
The longer you’ve been a member, the more votes you’ll get – provided you visit the community, read, post and reply to others.
If there are too many/few votes available, we will adjust as necessary.
