Loss of Data in last 24-36 hours


We are a hosted customer and experienced a large loss of data in the last 24-36 hours. We are just noticing the full extent now and submitting a ticket accordingly. I just wanted to see if anyone else was having the issue?


A loss of what kind of data, Patrick?


We have addressed this in your support ticket and do not believe there was any data loss, but you may have been seeing a cached version of the data. Please update the support ticket if you find otherwise.



Thanks Joel it does look like a site cache issue. Thanks for taking care of it I’m on a travel to a meeting day so it’s a pretty scary issue to see many many many changes you make disappear.


But yes doesn’t look like any loss. In fact I didn’t think we would lose data it’s just that we lost seeing it :slight_smile:
