Yes! We’re getting 504 Gateway timeout errors as well. Site is very slow and glitchy. Glad to hear you put a ticket in, so i’ll hold.

You may still want to file your own ticket. Mine still has not been picked up (maybe if they see multiple customers are having the same issue it will be escalated).

We are also having issues - Gateway timeout issue when attempting to download a csv file, other glitchy issues.

We get sporadic periods where 504 gateway errors pop up. It’s never been clear to me if there is any rhyme or reason for it. It doesn’t seem like we’re currently having this problem, but we’ve definitely seen it before.
