teA lot of my time is spent doing account look-ups for users who infrequently use their account and can’t remember their username. Since our platform also uses SSO, it would be beneficial to have separate responses for “visitor” accounts and for SSO accounts.
Also, it would be nice if both responses could be editable from the Account Settings in the Admin panel so we can include things like a “one-time login link” for visitor accounts, or instructions on how to request account merging for SSO account holders who are no longer in the organization.
