Hi community,
We are trying to find a way to only show live courses and sessions that are live with some of the different meta data. We can’t find any information on search url arguments. Using the default catalog options, our enduring courses will appear first as they have no event date. If any customer has been successful in showing live events, we’d be grateful if you could share your methodology or url arguments.
We want to tag our live courses with two formats - live in person or virtual. We could tag all of our live courses with a third tag, “live” and then generate a live link to only show live courses. On the backend there is already some logic in place to display these; we just don’t know how to access it! Ideally, we would like to either have a compound boolean search “or” or an exclude parameter (not enduring).
Our fallback is to use one of the calendar links to show upcoming live events. The drawback is that there is little meta data (credit type) and you cannot refine the search as you would see on a catalog page. https://ce.childrenscolorado.org/calendar/upcoming-events
We’ve noticed a few different paths on different customer sites for their catalog searches (/search /courses We have read over the documentation for displaying the catalog views (ex. cards and tables). Ultimately, we can’t isolate live events in ascending order without utilizing format tags. Thanks for any guidance. We also have a ticket into support and hope to have a response.
