Enhancements for Faculty Management User and Admin

Current states

Admin: disclosures appear in a view. They can be sorted by userid, username, email, first name, last name, credentials, type of financial relationship, ineligible company, and date changed. There is no search for disclosures

Learner: completed disclosure appears on the profile as “No, I have not had a financial relation with an ineligible company within the past 24 months.” or “Yes, I have had a financial relationship with an ineligible company within the past 24 months.” The completion date is not displayed.

Learner: Disclosure appears as a tab next to profile and bio. To get to Faculty, the leaner has to go a separate navigation tab

Enhancements

  1. Add search capability to disclosures to be consistent to faculty forms.
  2. Add the disclosure in the list of forms that includes (Conflict of interest, presentation request, speaker agreement form). It is understood that the disclosure is global and not specific to an activity. It takes a few extra steps to check for all forms and disclosures.
  3. Display the Disclosures date completed on the learner profile. This would provide a cue for both learner and administrator for review. Showing the disclosure completion date would be consistent with displaying dates from other faculty forms.
  4. Add additional link to disclosure inside of faculty tab, combine, or simplify. Faculty should be able to access or update all information from one area.

Dave,
I’ve moved this post to the Product Suggestions category, so now it can be upvoted by others who would like to see something similar. Thank you for taking the time to pull this together!

This is a required component for the reaccreditation files. I am surprised that the form does not capture this info at the moment. We have to take multiple screen shots to meet this requirement.

We are asked to provide individual disclosures in PDF format that has the submitter’s name and the date of submission.
