We have an RSS series, and for two sessions we’d like to trigger a follow-up based on learner responses in the post-survey. Specifically, if a learner selects one of the following in response to:
“Based on the information in this session…”
- I will start making changes to my clinical/professional practice.
- I am interested in making changes to my clinical/professional practice but am unable to do so at this time.
We would like to send a 30-day post-session follow-up asking whether any changes have been made since participating. We explored the “Commitment to Change” option, but it doesn’t quite fit our needs.
Has anyone implemented a workflow for this? One idea is to send an email with a link to an external webform, but we’d prefer an automated, in-platform solution if possible. Any “out-of-the-box” approaches or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
