Pending Activities doesn't show all incomplete activities

I frequently hear from learners who aren’t able to see all of their incomplete activities in their “pending activities” list. And when I go to their profiles, I don’t see things I know they attended either.

Our basic process is to ask people to record their attendance themselves, but then a day after a live activity, I go in and register/mark attended anyone who didn’t do it themselves. I can see them on the registration list. They show as attended and incomplete. But the activity doesn’t always show up as “Pending” in their profile. I think this usually happens with RSS sessions, not courses.

Any ideas? Am I missing a step?

Are the activities still published? Ran into this issue recently and had to ask.

Yes, they’re still published. (I’ve had that issue before, too. :slightly_smiling_face: )

Hi, check your expired date. Courses will come off the pending activities tab when they expire.

We’ve struggled with this functionality also. I’d like to see another category added: Published, Unpublished, and Retired. We ask about this in the past but did not receive a reply.

Thanks! That might be the issue with the one that popped up today.

Agreed that it would be nice to have an option to “retire” things in addition to publish/unpublish!
