Enhancements to Agenda Builder

The Agenda Builder is a great addition to EthosCE.

We’d like to encourage two future developments.

1.) Foster the ability of additional editors (those with course builder or site admin) to be able to modify an existing agenda

Current state is that only the agenda builder author can update a created agenda. The potential workaround is to copy the agenda builder code to an external document and share this. We have not tested this.

2.)Facilitate copying the credit calculator to the crediting claiming area for a course
Currently, the learner needs to use the calculator and then go to the credit claiming area and enter the calculated credits. The desired state would be for the calculated credit to populate to the credit claim fields for the learner, if the learner completes the credit exercise from agenda builder.

Adding on to the enhancement for Agenda Builder/Credit Calculator, can we also seek some formatting changes? We’d like to see the titles and check boxes aligned. See in-line.

We’d also like to see a report that shows what learners clicked on to tally their credits. A CSV download that shows each learner and all the sessions that are claiming credit for.

Would also like to have it automatically fill out the numbers in the Claim Credit areas (that is a stretch, but something for the future).
