Hi,
We are using the Credit Calculator for our upcoming conference for people to claim CME credit. We noticed that upon using the calculator, there is a reload loop after clicking the next button underneath the credit amount box. The user would claim their credits, click next and then the system would refresh to the same page and make the person re-click all the credits. The only way to end the loop is to click the other next button on the bottom right of the page.
Is there a reason for the loop and the two different next buttons? It seems like a confusing and frustrating process for our members.
Any help/advice is appreciated.
