Hi there, I’ve forgotten how to access my certificate templates. Can someone please share the path with me so I can edit my certificate templates? Thank you! 
Manage → EthosCE Administration → Certificate settings (at the top of the list)

It actually is going to be under structure for you.
Manage > Structure > Certificates
