The reporting limitation of 5,000 rows is a big issue for us. We have single education activities that will exceed this number of records. Do others have this issue too? How do you work around this?
Hi! I’m not sure which report you are trying to look at, but there is a way to expand (some) reports to include all rows. For example: Go to analytics > User engagement > User accounts created > click the three vertical dots > Download data. Excel spreadsheet is the default. Click on Advanced data options, and for “Number of rows to include” choose “All results” This should do the trick. If there is a specific report you are looking at, and it doesn’t have this option, let me know! We have some other reporting limitations we are looking into and it helps to know what others are experiencing!
