Question for everyone (and Ezra). . Would an administrative notes section in a Learner’s Profile be helpful to you? I would say yes.
Case in point: Yesterday we had a customer call that had a complex solution to her gaining her credits. I would like to have made note of this situation somewhere in case it happens in the future. Or at least reference that “hey, we talked back in Jan 2019 about this and this was the solution”.
