Hello, I’ve been having issues uploading SCORM files to my Ethos LMS. See error message screenshot.

The SCORM files are published by my vendor using Articulate 360 and are around 750 MB, which is less than the 1 GB max Ethos said the file can be. I was also given Scorm 1.2, Scorm. AICC, Web or non scorm files to test but all give me the same error.

Does anyone have any recommended Articulate SCORM publishing settings they use where the file uploads to Ethos without any issues?

Is it formatted as a SCORM package – which is a .zip file?

Hi Chuck, yes I received SCORM packages as zip files.

Quick note for saving from articulate to work in Ethos:

  • In Player Publish: LMS (Scorm 2004)
  • When saving report status to LMS: Passed/Failed
  • Zip file to import to EthosCE SCORM
