Use of wait list and enrollment questions

Hi all,

We have an activity that is opening up for registration soon. It is a popular activity that often fills up fast (100 slots). Right now, we have a wait list set at 1 and then are going to review the registrants after two weeks to determine who would be the best fit.

Our problem is, we would like to know more about the registrants beyond what they have to provide when creating their account. Ideally, they complete an enrollment question when signing up for the waitlist. However, when using the wait list, it does not appear the enrollment question will appear for them at any point.

Thoughts? Are there any other functionalities we could utilize that we’re not thinking of?

What we do is have a webform that is created to apply. Once they are approved, they are given an Access Code and the course link. Then, they can sign up for the course. This has helped out quite a bit for our limited course enrollments :slight_smile:
