Is there easy to run a user(s) report for transcripts without going into each user’s profile? I would like run one report and filter from there to see what courses a user took.

Yes, you can use the Course Report and filter by name.
The report is available in the admin menu at Administration > Reports > Course Reports. Or you can go directly to the report by searching for “course reports” or using the following path: admin/reports/course/overview
