User doesn't see courses on transcript

Hi all,

We are having an issue that I hope someone can help me solve. We are setting up a new course and everything is working fine, but when the user completes it, no record appears on their transcript. I’ve checked and “show on transcript” is enabled. Help!

Have a look and let us know if those suggestions don’t address your issue. If you’re just setting up a new course, my guess is that it’s unpublished?
