We had a BOD member who intended to join a webinar we ran through EthosCE on Wednesday, but he couldn’t get it to work on his iPhone. He was in transit from work to home and hoped to listen to it while in the car, but it didn’t work out. I’m wondering if anyone else has had attendees who have had problems using mobile devices like smartphones or tablets when trying to access GoToWebinar through EthosCE?
For those who care, GTW has an app. For optimal viewing, anyone with a mobile device should download the app to view webinars.
