Accessibility (Captions, Alt Text, Etc.)

Hello!

We are working on making our LMS more user-friendly and accessible.

If anyone else has implemented captioning or other user-focused design with Ethos I would love to talk with you about the issues you ran into and what you focused on to ensure a wide spectrum of users can access your materials.

Looking forward to talking with you all!

Liz

We use Kaltura for our videos and have implemented closed-captioning for those.

Also, we have some Mandarin and Spanish language courses as well. These are fun/challenging to update, but really cool to send users directly to a course made specifically for them.

The only issue we find is that EthosCE does not bring the SCORM/Tin Can over when you clone a course (we set one up for each contract with each foreign hospital - keeps it easy for us). Not a big deal, but would be nice
