AI Use Disclosure Statements

We’re trying to get into the habit of including an AI Use Disclosure Statement. It makes sense to put it in the “Faculty & disclosures” section, but I don’t love it there because it’s kind of long and it shows up above the list of faculty.

So I’m curious about where you’re putting your AI Use Disclosure Statement? Have you come up with a good way to include that information for your learners?

We are listing our AI Disclosure statement in the Faculty & Disclosures section of any course build. It coincides with any additional faculty disclosures or mitigation techniques used to approve the activity, we feel that is the best location to share information on AI if and when it’s used in the planning/delivery of a course or program activity.
