Allow product purchase as anonymous user

Hi all! We’re looking to set up an exhibitor form with an exhibit table as a product, but would like to set it up so our exhibitors do not have to set up an account on our platform and can purchase it as an “anonymous user.” Any ideas on how to allow this one product purchasable by anonymous users?

You would probably have to talk about with your payment gateway to see if they allow “Guest” checkouts.

But, here is a question. . why not make them create a profile to log in to pay for the product? We have an enrollment type of Exhibitor and then pull those folks to advertise for future opportunities.

Thank you, Susan. We’re considering all options! We just want to avoid the disconnect/drop off if an exhibitor goes to pay via our payment system (PayPal) and fails to create the required account. When you say enrollment type, how do you create this?

We make them create a profile before they can even complete the form (before they even get redirected to the product) - this has helped.

Hi - this is in the profile - Mayo Clinic has various enrollment types (this allows us to report appropriately to PARs for Physicians vs. Nurses, etc.). You would probably need to talk to Cadmium about this.

Thanks,
