I created a “community” - exhibitor portal, and was planning on creating products to collect exhibitor fees. For example, our upcoming Surgery conference will have an exhibitor fee “product” (but the product is not associated with the activity at all. No need to have participants see this info.) This seems to work just fine. My only question is whether the contact person for the exhibitor company has to create an account profile. Is there any way we could bypass the profile and just have them fill out necessary info to get to the payment portal (CashNet) - or is there a better way to do this?
