Hi!
Can someone help me understand how to create a certificate that says “…and is awarded 1.00 ANCC Contact Hours.” I am unable to put in “contact hours.” no matter the token or text I put in the template, when I take the course as a nurse learner, the cert always prints out “…and is awarded 1.00 ANCC.” Getting desperate here! thank you!

Hi Elizabeth -
First, have you cleared the certificate snapshots for the course? If you haven’t, it will keep giving you the certificate you originally downloaded.
