ASRT Question regarding Time Tracking

Is anyone currently offering ASRT credit. If so, I’d love to hear how you’re setting up these activities—specifically around the time tracking requirements ASRT has in place.

Are you using a particular method or workaround in Ethos to meet their standards? Any insights or examples would be much appreciated!

Hello

We have an ASRT credit-offering course in July. For the person administrating this course, I gave the following advice.

  1. For live courses - have the sign in sheet available each morning
  2. For livestream courses - I may suggest having a webform that opens each morning that requires them to sign in with their ASRT number. I would ask the speaker or slides to put that reminder in as well.
  3. Evaluations will need the ASRT number and a new certificate would need to be created.

This is the suggestions after I read through this information.

I would love to hear what you are doing. . .

Hi,
I have been providing ASRT credit for several years and what I do is create a unique certificate for each activity with credit. ASRT wants specific information on each certificate with start and expiration dates. I also added a line that participants can add their ASRT number (if they have one) manually after they print the certificate. While it is extra work on the admin side, so far I’ve had not problems with ASRT accepting the certificates. I’ve attached a screenshot of our certificate.
