End of the year reporting

Hi,
I’m starting to work on our year end reporting (fiscal year). It’s part of a new role I’ve taken on and haven’t been involved with it previously-- will be downloading all the evaluations from our Ethos site to start but I was wondering if anyone had any tips/advice on starting out on this.

Hi Danielle, I would also be very interested in hearing how others are handling this! Year-end evaluation summaries are looming on our horizon and it’s been weighing on my mind.
