  • Group dashboard
  • Parent course dashboard
  • Single course dashboard
  • User engagement dashboard
  • Enrollment by month comparison dashboard

  • Quiz dashboard

In addition, numerous, canned standalone reports are available and more are being added. We are also able to create custom reports upon request.

Reports and dashboards are available for email scheduling and download and may include each customer’s unique user profile and course fields.

Data updates are made in near real-time and any changes to your field types are updated weekly.

A quick video review is available online and documentation is available in our user guide.

A webinar on EthosCE Analytics is scheduled for August 30 at 1pm eastern.

We’ve created an EthosCE Analytics category in our support community for your questions and answers. Check it out before opening a support ticket, your question might already be answered.

EthosCE Analytics will become available to our cloud customers on production shortly after release day. The slight delay allows our data warehouse to fully populate with your data. We will notify you via the community when it is complete. EthosCE Analytics is not available in the test environment.

Non-cloud customer may contact us for implementation options.

We’re very excited about this initial release, but even more excited about what’s next: self-service reporting. In addition, we will be adding aggregate evaluation data to our data warehouse for site-wide reporting.

Quiz question item analysis difficulty statistics

EthosCE’s quiz analysis report will now include correct facility, standard deviation, discrimination index and discrimination efficiency. These statistics will help you understand the relative strength of each question in a quiz. For more information, please see our user guide.

PARS & JA-PARS classification change

We’re changing the way we classify participants for PARS. Before this release, participation classification was determined each time participants counts were sent to PARS. In 7.11, we will be classifying participant type each time the user profile is saved and then storing this data in the database. This change allows us to send the participant type into our data warehouse for reporting. All user accounts will be updated with this deployment.

Bookmarked courses block

A block that shows a user’s bookmarked courses is now available on the home page. This block only appears for logged-in users.

Add location name to Google map

The location name should now appear on the course location embedded map.

Bug fixes, security, and other improvements
