Course object access control based on credit eligibility and rules
This feature provides a new access check for course objects. This new check is based on learners’ credit eligibility, or by an arbitrary rule. Credit eligibility-based access restricts access to a course object based upon the credit eligibility of the learner, and certain condition configurations set by the administrator. Rules-based access restricts access to a course object based on conditions set by a rule in the system, for example eligibility based on a learner’s profile. Please open a support ticket if you need a rule to restrict access to course objects.
Add support for multiple credit objects in a course
EthosCE now supports multiple credit objects in a course. Credit can still only be claimed once, but eligible learners may now claim credit on different course objects. For example, AMA credit could be claimed in the first credit course object, which would then be followed by a quiz. Only users passing the quiz may then reach the second credit object and claim MOC credit.
Course object access control based on course object completion
This access control restricts access to a course object based upon the completion of a specified number of available course objects. The learner cannot access the course object until the minimum number of course objects from the applicable list are completed.
For example, a course administrator would like to allow learners in a course to achieve completion in a non-linear path. The course administrator could have 10 different course objects, but only require the learner to complete any 5 of the available course objects to complete the course and claim credit.

Connect a Course Application to to an existing course
CME Managers and CME Reviewers can now connect an activity application to an existing course. This allows for a course template or the clone of a previous course to be connected to an application.

Cvent integration
Cvent is used to manage live events. This integration ties a Cvent event to a course in EthosCE. This integration allows learners to easily register and claim credit for these live events within EthosCE. The Cvent integration has two major workflows: one for single events and another for events with multiple sessions.
Learners attending live events will be registered and marked attended in Cvent. The learners will then be directed to log into EthosCE to claim credit for those live events. If the attendance object is completed, the learners will be allowed to complete the other objects, claim credit and print their certificates.
Improved Commitment to Change course object
This update includes various user experience enhancements to the Commitment to Change course object. Enhancements include an improved confidence rating system, the ability for a course administrator to set a minimum or maximum number of required commitments, support for multiple commitment categories, and an improved commitment reflection tab within the learner’s profile.
