Stand Alone Webform Scheduling Options: Unpublish date and time
If you wish to close webforms on a certain date and time, this can be done with the new options found under the scheduling options tab to set a date and time to unpublish the webform. If left blank, the webform will stay open for submissions. These settings only apply to standalone webforms. Unpublished webforms used within a course for example, will still be visible in the course outline but access settings within the course object should be used to limit access to that item.
Configure Color on Mobile Tabs
Mobile tab colors are configured with the “Headers” color field in General Settings (admin/config/ethosce/general)
Configurable States for State Reporting
In 7.68, we released the option to report CME to States via PARS. When enabled, all states are allowed. This change provides additional settings that allow for enable/disable of each state/territory if a customer wishes to limit which States cab be selected by the learner in the profile. This configuration can be done by an EthosCE team member.
Fix- Faculty Management with Disclosures marked Not Relevant
When a financial relationship has been marked as “Not Relevant” during mitigation, the faculty tab has been fixed to display that Faculty Member with the message “has no relevant financial relationships to disclose at this time.”

Coming Soon
The current JWT Zoom App used for Zoom Integration is being deprecated and will be replaced by a new EthosCE Zoom OAuth app. This work is complete, however we are awaiting approval from Zoom to release the app. As soon as that approval is in place, we will release this feature and provide steps to migrate your account. Zoom did announce that existing JWT app integrations will continue to function until September 1st.
