Although Ethos has the ability for learners to register for a live conference, we’ve been told it isn’t set up for event management. I would love to hear from anyone who uses a great event management system or app along with Ethos. I’m specifically thinking about a week-long conference that has over 300 learners. Thanks in advance!
Could you explain what you mean by Event Management? We put on Conferences with 800+ persons that we use EthosCE exclusively for.

So, for your Live Conferences, we would have the Food Preferences in their profile or as a webform that they would fill out (or an attribute prior to registering for the conference). Polling questions, I believe that EthosCE offers that ability with an add-on, we don’t use it.
For Virtual - the Zoom integration is there in EthosCE, same answer for polling questions, and the breakouts as well.
I would suggest getting with your rep, as your requests seem feasible.
