Export Moodle quiz questions

Hello,

I am looking for a way to export our older quiz and evaluation questions that were built using Moodle course objects. Next question would be to ask for information about importing those same questions to the core Ethos CE course objects. Is there any guidance available? We have over 200 Moodle-built modules containing evaluations and/or quizzes.
