Handouts and PPTs

Hello, all! I am curious to see how groups handle their handouts and attachments for conferences and RSS. We often have speakers who do not want their content shared outside the conference attendees, so putting handouts and PPTs as attachments in the course won’t work as it would be available externally (unless there is some way someone has found for this to work). Do people use the Reminder feature to send handouts and materials? What if you have a walk-in (especially virtually)? Thank you for any advice you might have. - Courtney

Hi

We normally have a course page in the outline that we place those presentations or handouts.

Thanks,

We also have a course page with the presentations. You can limit the access to the presentations for only those who attended in the settings for the course page.

As everyone has mentioned, we also have a page within the course outline for some of our activities where we add downloadable materials for attendees. We also link handouts under the “Course Instructions”.

As mentioned above, we also use a course page, which we place after the payment requirement in our outline.

For small live courses, we create a QR code and link the handout to a course page. For larger conferences, we provide the handouts on the app, which is only available to registered attendees.
