Just Curious…what are the system/browser requirements that you include in instructions to your registrants?

We are looking at posting these system requirements for users watching the ‘webcast courses’ that we offer.

Webcast courses are courses that let you view the presentations synchronized with the audio of a session we offered during our annual meeting and recorded and earn CME credits.

Minimum System Requirements

Windows Operating Systems

  • Windows 10

  • Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster processor

  • RAM: 1 gigabyte (GB) for 32-bit or 2 GB for 64-bit

  • Hard disk space: 16 GB for 32-bit OS 20 GB for 64-bit OS

  • Graphics card: DirectX 9 or later with WDDM 1.0 driver

  • Display: 800x600

  • Internet download speed: 25 Megabits per second (Mbps) or faster

  • Connection to Wifi

Apple Operating Systems

  • An Intel Core 2 Duo, Core i3, Core i5, Core i7, or Xeon processor

  • Mac OS X v10.6.6 or later

  • 7 GB of available disk space

  • 2 GB of RAM

  • Internet download speed: 25 Megabits per second (Mbps) or faster

  • Connection to Wifi
