Has anyone in the community created a workflow with third party tools to verify learner accounts and/or accurate emails? I’m intrigued when we email new learners outside of Ethos and we get bounces (something that could be manually reviewed in sent mail logs?).
It would be great to be able to get a listing of these bounces from within Ethos. I also think that there would be value in periodically auditing or verifying accounts in the system with third party tools. Within Ethos we can look at last login dates to filter. I know that there are tools for cleaning email lists. Has anyone approached or needed to do this in the past? How have you accomplished this?
