Zoom vs GoTo Integrations

Hi everyone,

For those who have tried to use both integrations, what are pros and cons about each?

We tried using Zoom and realized that individuals who sign up using the integration in the course may not use that same email to access the webinar. Thus, it kind of creates a bit of a mess with reporting. Does anyone have feedback there?

I am interested to hear about experiences with both integrations as we’re trying to determine if we should continue paying for our GoTo license. Thanks!
