We are looking for some advice. Our previous process for an RSS is to have people put in their attendance and then complete an evaluation (we set up a reminder to send the eval once they mark attendance), then they would receive their credit. We now made the evaluation not required and it automatically gives credit. We still send the email reminder with the evaluation link. The session appears complete even though they didn’t do the evaluation. Do you know of a way for a session to still appear like it is at the evaluation step despite them having credit? We are looking at redoing our evaluations eventually, but this is where we are currently. Thank you!
