When creating courses: in the Edit Section - Course Settings - Certificate…
Our nursing certificate is always turned on. We cannot turn this off. If we click “no action” and save - it doesn’t save.
Any suggestions?
I presume that you’ve tried “prevent certificate” as another means of disabling the credit mapping to the certificate. If not, please give it a shot.

Only when we activate a credit type does it pull the certificate for that credit. We have all of our (over 40) certificates mapped, but they only are pulled when we have an active credit in the Credit Settings. So, you may see it “mapped” to the certificate, but it shouldn’t pull.

Thanks. In this instance we had not activated the credit for this particular certificate. It just automatically turns on the certificate credit. No matter how many times we try to turn it off, it keeps it as active
