Creating a new faculty form - is there a way to repeat ("add another" button) an entire group of questions (not just individual questions?)

I am trying to create a new faculty form, and need a group of questions to have an “add another” button after them so that the entire group of questions gets repeated. Not sure how to do this - using fieldset as the group. Any thoughts?
