Add “archived” setting for course applications
Submitted course applications can now be archived. To archive an application, check the “Archived” checkbox in the “Manage” tab of the course application.
Remove access to admin theme from non-admin users
This change now enables the external credits and faculty forms to be displayed in your site’s theme, instead of the administration theme. This improves accessibility and these forms now display better when viewed on mobile devices.
Update JA PARS feature to support the June 7th JA-PARS release
EthosCE has been updated to support the latest JA-PARS release. Joint accredited EthosCE sites will now have support for optometrists, physician assistants, psychologists, and social workers. If you are accredited for those professions, please open a support ticket and let us know how you would like to define these professions for the participant count.
Update Convey integration to use client-side widget for disclosure display
This update allows AAMC’s Convey to display additional per-provider disclosure questions and allows for additional flexibility of Convey disclosure lists.
GoToWebinar now allows editing webinars
We have updated our connection to GoToWebinar so that webinars can now be updated via EthosCE.
Add validation for start date & participant category to course record imports.
To ensure that imported course records are counted in the correct year for enduring PARS and JA-PARS activities, when importing either a start date or a participant category, both fields will be required. You may also exclude both fields and bypass this validation check.
