EthosCE 7.67 Released

Happy Spring Everyone! 7.67 was released to test sites on 4/6/23 and will move to production sites on 4/12/23. Sites will be updated per the release schedule. For a full list of changes, please review the changelog.

Removed send delay on event based reminders

Event based reminder emails will be sent immediately, instead of on the 15 minute job cycle, in the following scenarios:

  • Enrollment creation/started
  • Course object started/completed
  • Course completion

Learning Group Courses: Catalog & Search behavior

Courses that are part of a private learning group will now only appear in catalogs and search results if the user is a member of the learning group.

Bug Fix- Required sequence number returning error code 320 - JA PARS

A handful of customers had reported seeing error code 320 while making an update call to JA PARS. In this case, an Update is being called for an activity that is registered for pharmacist/pharmacy technician and the sequence number is not included in the update payload. JA-PARS interprets that as a request to change the sequence number to null which is not allowed. The solution to provide the activity’s UAN sequence number in the update payload was implemented.

Coming Soon- Next Release

1.Support for State Medical Boards

This will be a new site configuration that can be activated to add support for selecting and reporting for all 50+ States and Territories via the core board widget in the learner profile. The user will select the applicable state(s), and then enter their state medical board ID or NPI. More information on ACCME state licensing support is found here.

2. Support for the following additional credit types:


*The following credits cannot be submitted on their own and must be submitted alongside one of the additional new credit types for each respective board.

Upon release of these features, customers who wish to support state reporting or any of the above additional credit types should submit a ticket to the EthosCE support team to get this activated.
