Is anyone noticing when downloading the evaluation analysis in the course reports page, the graphs are not downloading? I see the question text and the number of people per answer but no graphs. 3rd party cookies are enabled. Anyone else having this issue? Is there another way to get an evaluation report that has the graphs? thanks!
@Elizabeth - I had submitted a ticket via Jira for this to find out it is a known issue and the team at Cadmium is working on it. It has been goofy for a while now. A fix was supposed to be upcoming in a Core update as far as I understand.
Yes! I submitted a ticket regarding this back in February and this was their response on March 25th:
The Product team has informed us that the issue you identified in this ticket will be addressed with an update to Core EthosCE. There is a development ticket in the current sprint to address the issue. If all goes as planned, we should see the release of CORE-5472 in an upcoming EthosCE release.
Same here! This is rather urgent for us, and we’re eagerly awaiting this fix to come through.
We noticed something today and I’m thinking it’s not unrelated. We have one (1) “Select option” question where the selected choices are not showing up anywhere - preview, results (view submission, analysis, download), emails that send letting us know that the webform has been filled out, etc. The rest of the questions in that webform that have the same type of question are fine. I’ve checked the preview, email and download settings and the question is selected. Makes me wonder about my other webforms. Yikes!
I heard this morning from the product team that the core ticket addressing this issue has passed testing, and we anticipate it will be in the May release. As a reminder, core updates are deployed to production sites on the second Wednesday of each month, so on May 13th.
