Issue with "Review" option on required SCORM object

Hi Ethos Community,
We’re experiencing an issue for required SCORM course/objects. After completing the SCORM course and when going back to use the “Review” option, the LMS is assuming that this is a new attempt (ie, the previous progress and completion gets reset. We usually have our courses set for just one attempt, with no passing score requirements (except for one course). And below are our current authoring tools and publish settings:

  • Authoring Tools: Articulate Storyline, Rise and dominKnow
  • Publish settings: SCORM 2004 3rd edition (LMS completion settings as “Complete/Incomplete)”

Have any of you come across this? If so, what have you done to resolve this? Any pointers?
