We have multiple SCORM packages using Scormify.io that are required videos that are not communicating with the Ethos system. This is not allowing the user to progress from object to object, as the Ethos system isn’t recognizing any completion. We have communicated with both entities and so far nothing can be detected on either side to rectify this problem.
