Pending attendance from mobile number

Hi all,
We have a user who has an established account with their current phone number, but when they log in they receive the below error that includes a phone number they had previously, but is disconnected. Any ideas how they can claim the credits from that previous number since they can’t use that number on their profile? We don’t see any account associated with the old phone number.

You have pending attendance from mobile number XXX. Please change your mobile number to confirm your attendance.
