When setting a Reminder email to trigger on a specific date, what time does that email go out?
They should trigger at 12 am using the timezone set for the site.

Thanks for clarifying! If we create a Specific Date Reminder email on the current date (after 12am), will that email trigger immediately once enabled and saved?
It will not trigger immediately, but will go out on the next cron run, which may be up to 20 minutes later.
