I’m exploring the idea of using an external evaluation form link (e.g., Smartsheet) to capture learner data on applied learning, instead of relying solely on the built-in webform within Ethos. We’ve encountered some concerns from our lead planners who conduct separate evaluations, while we also have an evaluation requirement on the accredited continuing education side. This creates a duplicative experience for learners, especially since not all participants are seeking CE credit and may not log into Ethos at all.
To streamline the process, we’re considering capturing evaluation data exclusively through the external link. I’d love to hear from others who’ve tried this approach or have insights into best practices for balancing CE requirements with user experience.
