New comprehensive transcript
Prior to this release, completed courses and RSS sessions each appeared in a separate tab on the transcript. With this release, both types of activities now appear in a single transcript tab. Learners will now be able to view all of their completed activities credits in one transcript table view. Thanks to everyone who voted for this highly requested feature on the EthosCE community.
Addition of email reminders on Regularly Scheduled Series sessions
Email reminders are now available on RSS Sessions for all customers with the Regularly Scheduled Series add-on. Administrators with privileges to edit Sessions will now be able to create reminders very similar to the reminders available on courses in EthosCE. This is the first feature released in the reminders-and-notifications themed 3rd-quarter development roadmap.
Allowed canceled orders to appear in the user profile orders tab
This change allows canceled orders to appear on the user’s “Orders” tab. Previously, learners could not see canceled orders and had to contact an administrator for more information if they needed it. Now, if an administrator cancels an order, the “Canceled” order will be available for view by the learner.
Reset workflow state when session is cloned
For customers with the Regularly Scheduled Series Workflow add-on, this fix will set the workflow state back to “New” when an administrator clones a session managed in the workflow dashboard. Previously, the clone operation did not change the workflow state of the original session causing workflow disruptions for CME roles.
